# Support Guide

> Work through this page before contacting official support.

Read this page before you contact support. Most questions are already answered in the docs, and looking it up yourself is usually faster than waiting for a reply.

## Suggested order

1. **Find your issue type on this page** and open the matching doc from the table below.
2. **Search the docs.** The search box in the top right jumps straight to the relevant section.
3. **Check whether it is expected behavior.** Copy trading results differing from the target wallet, or numbers not matching what you expected, is often normal — the [FAQ](/en/faq) explains why.
4. **If it is still unresolved, contact official support** with your wallet address, the copy trading rule involved, and roughly when the problem happened.

  SeaBond is a third-party tool built on Hyperliquid. If your problem is with Hyperliquid itself — deposits, withdrawals, contract settlement, or account status — you need to contact Hyperliquid's own channels. SeaBond cannot resolve those on your behalf.

## Important security reminders

<Warning>
  Never share your seed phrase, private key, or password with anyone, or enter it on any website. SeaBond staff will never DM you first and will never ask for this information for any reason. Assume that any "support agent" who contacts you first is a scammer.

* **Anyone who DMs you first is fake.** Official support only happens through the channels listed above.
* **Check the domain carefully.** Phishing sites use lookalike domains to get you to sign a malicious transaction. Confirm the address matches exactly before signing.
* **Official channels never ask you to send funds.** Any request to transfer money to "unfreeze your account," "post collateral," or "pay a fee to withdraw" is a scam.
* **Don't post private details in screenshots.** A wallet address is fine to share publicly; a seed phrase, private key, or API key is not.
